What data we process

This website has no user accounts, no comment features and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not collect data through forms sent to our own server.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (including through the valuation form, which opens a WhatsApp conversation with a prepared message), we process the data you send us (name, phone number, email address, property details) only to reply and to provide the services you request. The legal basis is your interest in receiving a reply and taking pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

External services

On property pages the map is displayed through OpenStreetMap, and links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. When you use these services, your IP address may be visible to their providers.

How long we keep data

We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and afterwards for the period required by law or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can write to us at sceurocasa@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
